It's one of the few car-related shows that isn't focused on polishing turds and burning suckers. For that alone I place it near the top of my list of car-related shows that I don't watch because they're not actually about cars.

I truly didn't like the main guy in it. He seemed to not know very much about cars, and he doesn't understand that he runs a customer build shop. So he does exactly what the customer says.
I saw an episode where a customer brought him a mustang, and he started building it, him and the customer butted heads, but he just went ahead and built what he wanted, and at the end of the day, the customer didn't take the car because it's not what he asked for.

I checked out this show after jalopnik had recommended it, saying it was one of the best car shows. They were wrong.

Seriously one of the worst shows. That and Dallas Car Sharks. Seriously, when are these networks going to hire car enthusiasts to create shows instead of reality TV execs?
